<p><b>新規ページ</b></p><div> interprofessional educationの略．多職種連携教育と訳されることが多い．最近では，学習者中心の考え方から，interprofessional learning（[[IPL]]）が用いられることもある．英国では，1987年に[[CAIPE]]（Centre for the Advancement of Interprofessional Education）が立ち上がった．日本でも，2008年に日本保健医療福祉連携教育学会（[[JAIPE]]：Japan Association for Interprofessional Education）が発足している．<br><br />
[[WHO]]は，1988年に“the process by which a group of students or workers from the health-related occupations with different backgrounds learn together during certain periods of their education, with interaction as the important goal, to collaborate in providing promotive, preventive, curative, rehabilitative, and other health-related services.（異なる背景を持つ保健関連職種の学生と医療者が，健康増進，予防，治療，リハビリテーションなどの保健関係のサービスにおいて協働するために，相互協力を重要な目標とし，教育のある一定の時期に共に学ぶプロセス）”と定義した．<br><br />
[[CAIPE]]は2002年に，"Interprofessional Education occurs when two or more professions learn with, from and about each other to improve collaboration and the quality of care（IPEは，二つ以上の医療専門職が協働やケアの質を向上させるために，互いに学び合うときに生まれる）"とした．</div>meal_>JSME
